Job Description
The Community Development Manager is a 1.0 FTE year-round position under direct supervision of the Executive Director. S/he will be a critical team member who will support the overall organizational development with an important role in fundraising, communication and community relationships. The Community Development
Manager will be responsible for managing BSCO’s special events while supporting the Executive Director with execution of the annual fundraising plan, organizational development and community relationships. The Community Development Manager will also be responsible for leading the creative content for all marketing and outreach, while supervising our Outreach Coordinator and volunteer programs. The Community Development Manager works closely with program committees and stakeholders, along with appropriate business and individual
