Job Description
Cascade Ridge (cascaderidge.com), a 26-home development of high-end, luxury custom homes and a private Lodge sitting on its own mountaintop overlooking the Big Sky Mountain Village is now hiring a full-time Manager of Guest Services reporting to the General Manager of Cascade Ridge. The Manager of Guest Services will be responsible for all of the guest services at the Cascade Ridge Lodge and Cascade Ridge Community Association. Responsibilities include hiring, training and supervising the Guest Service Associates that staff the Lodge, administering the Cascade Ridge rental program, supervising housekeeping of homes, and making sure that all guest services as Cascade Ridge are fulfilled to the highest standards. This position also has significant interaction with Cascade Ridge members and guests.

This is a substantial learning and development experience for the right applicant who has the ability to learn and grow on the job.

Job Qualifications:

Applicants should have both guest service experience and managerial experience. People skills are paramount. Please provide resume with your reply.
