BUCK'S T-4 IS HIRING A FULL-TIME YEAR-ROUND BREAKFAST ATTENDANT 

JOB SUMMARY

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for presenting and maintaining the breakfast buffet for hotel guests, while greeting and serving them in a friendly manner consistent with the hotel's food preparation and customer service standards.  The Breakfast Attendant works directly with the Breakfast Cook to ensure guest satisfaction.  The Breakfast Attendant is cheerful and helpful to guests, exuding a positive attitude and friendly demeaner at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide superior customer service worthy of the Buck's T-4 brand.
  2. Offer water, coffee, and other breakfast beverages to guests.
  3. Provide creative input on meal presentation to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Clears dishes from the tables as guests are finished and wipes tables clean after guests have left.
  5. Assists the Breakfast Cook in stocking and maintaining a clean buffet.
  6. Ensure kitchen and dining room are cleaned completely and all dishes and kitchen equipment are washed following service each day. 
  7. Breaks down the buffet for dinner service when necessary.
  8. Looks for ways to collaborate and involve others, prioritizes team success over individual gain, builds relationships.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.  General food and beverage skills.  Ability to follow recipes and operate commercial kitchen equipment.  knowledge of and adherence to food sanitation and safety standards.  All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
