Job Description
This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties: New property set-up, property inventories, entering inventories into database, inspection of cleans, departure/arrival checks, security checks, ordering of housekeeping/laundry supplies, linen inventory, scheduling of deep cleans, communication with owners and assisting GM with payroll duties. Other responsibilities include cleaning of RPM properties and River Rock Lodge(if needed) as well as the laundering of linen inventory.

Works with housekeepers, laundry, maintenance and office staff to ensure we are upholding our promises to both owners and guests.

These work duties require team member to work well independently, being self motivated and organized, exhibiting excellent communication skills. Team member must show composure during potentially stressful periods when we are at peak business levels.

A current drivers license is required to drive company vehicle to perform work duties.

This position requires a flexible schedule, working on weekends, holidays, etc. is expected. Overtime is necessary during busy periods.
 
Reports to General Manager of Resort Property Management  
Year round position with the potential of reduced hours during the slower off- season periods.
Wage: Hourly rate DOE for normal job duties. Piece work is paid out for some cleaning duties.
