Employers often wonder … am I paying a fair wage for this job? What about our benefits? Do employees even appreciate the money we are spending on their benefits? What else could we be doing for our employees?
With retention at the top of every Employer’s mind, it’s a great idea to have answers to these questions and who better to answer them than your employees. Kari began her HR career path in 2005, while working as the HR Manager at a local ski resort in Big Sky. In 2013 she struck out as an entrepreneur and founded TogetHR Consulting. Her services range from non-profit organizations to large and small private employers, across many industries.
Since forming her firm, Kari has become a recognized leader and the “go to” resource for HR-related questions, workable solutions, training & development classes for business owners and their management teams. Providing HR services to around 70 clients annually.
Kari is further recognized in this profession by earning 2 certifications: PHR, Professional in Human Resources in 2012 and SHRM-CP, Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional in 2015
