She has held an executive position at Moonlight Basin Resort in Big Sky, Montana, as well as roles with Holland America Cruise Line and Windstar Cruises. She has also served in community leadership roles in both regional and national marketing and public relations for Big Sky, Montana. Additionally, Karen has extensive experience as a leadership and service trainer for an array of companies and non-profits across the country.
