Job Description

Alder & Tweed is an Interior Design Firm in Big Sky, that is looking for a new member of our team who is ready to learn and grow with us! We are a face paced, fun, and hardworking team. We specialize in luxury vacation home interior design and want each client and home to have a curated experience.

 

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Oversee general office tasks ( e.g. mail, answering phones, filing, etc)
  • Manage / Schedule all meeting areas
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare office and showroom for all meetings and events
  • Coordinate / Manage design intern schedules
  • Assist with company event planning
  • Oversee general office maintenance
  • Assist vendors with presentations and resource library management

Requirements:

  • Personal vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Self Starter
  • Detail Oriented
  • Organized
  • 1-2 years experience Salary: $42,000.00 to $45,000.00 Base Salary  + Bonus Program
